The Bronze Dragon d20 is a hollow-core metallic die finished in a weathered antique bronze tone, with deeply cut numbering stamped directly into the open latticework metal. The center of the die is completely visible through the engraved framework, giving it an almost impossible look in-hand; more sculpture than gaming accessory.
And somehow, despite the complexity of the design, it remains surprisingly readable at the table.
That balance between ornate craftsmanship and practical usability is what makes this piece stand out. It absolutely looks like something pulled from the vaults of Fizban’s Treasury of Dragons. Based on the Bronze Dragon die alone? Absolutely worth it.
The reality is that the value proposition here depends heavily on whether you enjoy the mystery-box format. If you’re hoping for a specific die, randomness can be frustrating. But if you enjoy the thrill of discovery, and especially if you appreciate dragon-themed collectibles, this series captures the feeling of uncovering hidden treasure remarkably well.
