Return Policy: Digital Products

All products sold on this site are digital downloads.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final after download.

That said, we want you to have a good experience. Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

• The file is corrupted or will not open
• The download link does not work or the file cannot be accessed
• The wrong product was delivered
• A duplicate purchase was made in error

In these cases, we will typically provide a replacement file or corrected download, rather than a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchase after download
• Dissatisfaction with the content once delivered
